In this floor is the second entrance of our villa. There are 3 ensuite berdooms up to 8 guests, the main kitchen , a big livingroom and the storage & laundry( washing machine ). You could rent is saparently if your guests are up to 8-10 people .
This bedroom includes a double bed, a closet and a bathroom with a shower. There is no balcony but you could enjoy mountain views from the window.
This bedroom features a leather double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a view of the window to the surroundings and the mountains. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and includes a bathtub and rustic decor.
This bedroom has 4 single beds suitable for adults or children. Includes a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with 4 electric hobs and an extractor hood. The room can also be used as a room service if your personal home assistant accompanies your vacation.
Alternatively, if you rent the villa for your retreat, it can be used by the organizers.
It does not have a balcony but you can enjoy the view of nature from the window.

Kitchen is the heart of every home, for the most part. Our kitchen includes a double fridge, microwave, electric oven, 2 ceramic hobs, 3 gas hobs, dishwasher and full kitchen equipment. A private chef is available upon request.
Our living room at this level has a rustic decoration and is integrated with the kitchen and dining room.
It has 3 three-seater sofas and a berserra and accommodates up to 10 people. Features TV, cd player, antique football table, fireplace and you can enjoy a unique view from the large patio doors leading to a small courtyard with a camping table.
This lounge is especially enjoyable during the winter season and you can enjoy unique moments of relaxation.
The space is individually available as a yoga sala for daily retreat.
