Along with your reservation, there is a rental agreement that needs to be completed. Please send the following to our email address at: info@distefi.com

Deposits and advances are nonrefundable incase of cancellations.

* Publication by the government about the travel ban, for pandemic issues or other issue, the reservation can be transferred for other dates within the year 2023 based on availability, or the same dates agreed by rental agreement 2023 will be transferred for 2024, or based on availability for 2024.
If the stay cannot be completed within the same year or on the agreed dates of the next year then the reservation ceases to be valid and the amounts are not refunded.
